Some commonly asked questions and their answers:

 

What currency are your items listed in?

Our base pricing currency is Australian Dollars (AUD), however, for other countries, simply select your currency of choice from the currency selector next to the items price. This system updates hourly, to provide the most up to date rates.

 

I can't find a product I need.

Shoot over an e-mail to us, and we'll see if we can get it into our inventory! We'll let you know when its added and ready for ordering.

 

Where is your warehouse located?

To offer the best range, we use several different internationally based suppliers, who ship directly to you. So please dont be alarmed if you place an order with multiple items, and they arrive in separate packages.

 

What is your refund policy?

We dont want to give refund/ warranty queries copy and paste responses, so decisions will be made on a case by case basis. However, we value your support of our brand, so we will work with you to provide a happy resolution.

 

Why don't I see the same deal on your website that I saw advertised on Facebook?

Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our fans. We can't stop this since it's the way Facebook works. So best bet is to double check expiry dates mentioned on these posts.

 

Only part of my order arrived, where is the rest of it?

To give you the greatest selection of parts and accessories, we use several different suppliers in different locations who ship directly to you. So if you placed an order with multiple items, please don't be alarmed if you receive only part of your order, the rest will arrive very soon after.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

As we have several warehouse locations, with different products stored in different locations, delivery times will vary depending on whats ordered, and your location. If you need something quickly, get in touch, and we'll see what we can do, or at least give you a more accurate delivery time, so you can make an informed decision. But if you need something in a hurry, get in touch so we can see if we can arrange express shipping.

 

My order got cancelled, why?

With each order, we have a security risk assessment done, which compares the information you provide with your credit providers information related to the card you use, if information doesn't match up, or delivery address has been flagged as suspicious/ fraudulent, our alert system will warn us, and high risk orders will be cancelled and refunded immediately so we dont loose product and be hit with charge back fees. The best way to avoid this issue, is ensure all information is up to date, and dont use stolen card information ;)
